I am an ADAPT employee through and through, since I have been with the company for 23 years now, including my apprenticeship. The work has always been varied, team work and continuous improvement encourage the processes. We are innovative and technically up-to-date.
After my apprenticeship in 2010 I was trained especially for my job in the internal sales team and soon was responsible for my own projects. Due to my high affinity with IT systems and my ideas for optimization of software applications, I took on the function of key-user for our ERP-System. In 2014 I took over the management of the customer service. This is a job which needs a lot of expertise and commitment. I have an overview of the correlations, recognize the essentials and I am able to solve problems quickly and to the point.
On 01.01.2016 I took over the position as area sales manager for a newly arranged area in the middle of Germany and I'm looking forward to discuss our possibilities ans the demands of my customers to meet their expectations.
After the varied three-year apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at ADAPT, I was able to start working immediately.
Since July 2016, I am working as a marketing and sales assistant at ADAPT and get to know new tasks every day.
It's fun to be part of the team.
