In September 2000 I started my 3-year apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at ADAPT, then worked in shipping and managed the logistics center from 2005 to 2020. After that, I continued as a clerk in our order scheduling department.

Since my area of ​​responsibility requires a great deal of care, I have the responsibility to optimally coordinate work processes. So, I am constantly confronted with new tasks and challenges.

At ADAPT I work with nice colleagues and have the opportunity to get to know innovative products that interest me personally.

Product Management

I have been working at ADAPT as a product manager since 2013. Customer satisfaction is my top priority.

Both the customer contact and the communication with the internal departments make my job so varied and interesting.

I feel at home at ADAPT because I enjoy my work and I have a lot of freedom to make decisions.

Benjamin Löffler

Test adapter construction

I have been working as an electrician at ADAPT since January 1st, 2019 and support the test adapter construction team. My tasks include repairing machines, writing test programs, soldering and building test adapters.

For me it is very important that we as a company do not stand still and that I can constantly develop myself further in my area. I am an open and open-minded person and am happy about the varied and varied tasks.

I enjoy working at ADAPT because I feel comfortable here, the working atmosphere is right and I really enjoy my work.

Daniela Bogan


I’ve been with the company since July 2015 and work as a group leader in German manufacturing.

My tasks, which are very varied, include, among other things, the punctual execution of the delivery dates, the optimization of the processes and the proper processing of the products in order to meet the requirements of the customers.

My work requires good specialist knowledge, which I can always expand by attending training courses. This gives me the opportunity at ADAPT to develop myself continuously, which of course also encourages me.

Dieter Hocke


I have been working in IT at ADAPT since 2008 and have now taken over the IT management of our team. My area of ​​responsibility includes the coordination of appointments, organization as well as the strategic planning of work processes and the further development of IT.

For me it is important that we, as an essential part of ADAPT, do our best and give our colleagues the opportunity to process customer orders quickly and efficiently.

I enjoy working at ADAPT because I appreciate the good cooperation with my motivated and committed colleagues. Following the flow of the digital future always gives me the feeling of being a small part of the new beginning and spurs me on to face new challenges and exciting tasks at ADAPT every day.
